Jr. Quality Engineer - HW Staffing Solutions : Job Details

The Junior Quality Engineer will assist the Quality Manager (QM) in maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 quality system and SPC system, while providing support to production and continuous improvement initiatives through statistical tools, analytical equipment, and hands-on inspection. This highly visible role works across all levels of the organization, requiring a detail-oriented, team-oriented professional who thrives in a small, collaborative department. Essential Functions 1. Quality System. Assist with improvements to the quality system, including control plan, procedure, and work instruction revisions. Train personnel on established standards and procedures. Conduct and support internal quality audits. Lead problem-solving teams using root cause analysis tools. Initiate and coordinate corrective and preventive actions for products and processes ..
