Position Purpose

The Junior HR Business Partner will support HR initiatives including but not limited to compliance, employee relations, recruitment and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance ManagementProvide day-to-day performance management guidance to leaders, including coaching, counselling, and career development support.
  • Employee RelationsManage employee relations matters, offering guidance on resolving workplace issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Recruitment SupportAssist in recruitment activities, including resume screening and participating in interviews to select suitable candidates.
  • HR InitiativesCollaborate with managers to implement HR programs and policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • ComplianceEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations, providing guidance to mitigate risks for the organization.
  • Training and DevelopmentConduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR-related topics, fostering understanding and compliance with HR practices.
  • Data ManagementWork with HR Manager to maintain accurate HR data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

  • EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ExperienceSome experience in HR or a related field
  • SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of employment law, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Combination of office and manufacturing factory exposure. Fast paced environment.
