JR. Graphic Designer - Insight Global : Job Details

Day to DayWeb Design & Development:In this role, you will maintain the company website, ensuring it stays up-to-date by updating firm figures, adding new media and thought leadership content, and keeping the leadership page current. Additionally, you will lead the design and construction of the GVS website in collaboration with the Sales Technology group. Your responsibilities will also include designing web pages for new content and updates on both the Capstone and GVS websites, as well as the Investor Portal. Social Media:As part of the social media team, you will create engaging content to accompany Capstone and GVS LinkedIn posts. This content may include images, GIFs, and videos. You will also assist in designing and updating content on the LinkedIn Careers page and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) pages. Marketing Collateral:Your role will involve developing animated videos for major strategies (such as CGM, Dispersion, Tail Hedging, etc.) to be featured on the website and investor portal. Additionally, you will maintain marketing slides and create new content as needed to complement new strategies. Ad-Hoc Projects:As part of the design team, you will assist in various projects across the firm, including but not limited to:Designing brand ephemera. Creating materials for new hires and onboarding. Supporting intranet pages with design elements. Contributing to other projects and duties as assigned. * Master's Degree * Interest in financial markets * Strong, Proactive Communicator * Ability to work across multiple functions and orgs* BS or BA Degree * 2+ years graphic design experience * Advanced Adobe InDesign experience * Experience with marketing or working in brand management/customer experience * Basic understanding of HTML/Wordpress * Ability to work onsite in NYC 3-4 days per week
