How You Will Make An Impact

• Handle sensitive information daily in a discreet environment.
• Develop, create, and modify computer applications or specialized utility programs.
• Design or customize software to optimize operational efficiency.
• Create software planning, requirements, design, support, and test documentation.
• Perform installation, demonstration, testing, validation, and evaluation of software tools and technologies.

Daily Responsibilities

• Analyze and design databases, working independently or with a team.
• Supervise programmers if needed.
• Inspect, transform, and model data to support decision-making.
• Conduct software validation, verification, and resolve anomalies.
• Follow applicable DOD guidance and industry standards.
• Develop and evaluate software solutions for cyber capabilities.
• Document verification, validation, and provide technical support for software acquisition.
• Develop lifecycle models, customize analytical tools, and collaborate with the Cyber Innovation Unit.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Minimum five years of application software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Active certifications such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP.
• Experience with front-end web technologies: HTML5, JSON, CSS, JavaScript.
• Cloud design and development experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint platforms (2010-2019).
• Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) and ServiceNow.
• Experience with business process automation.
