As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional plumbing services to residential customers, troubleshoot problems, and ensure high-quality installations and repairs.Key Responsibilities:* Installation & Repair: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems, including but not limited to water heaters, faucets, toilets, sewer lines, drain systems, and more.* Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve plumbing-related issues effectively and efficiently, providing expert recommendations to customers.* Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.* Apprentice Responsibilities: For apprentice-level technicians, work alongside seasoned plumbers to develop skills, complete necessary training, and gain hands-on experience while adhering to safety standards.* Code Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations, maintaining high safety standards.* Documentation: Complete service orders, record work performed, and maintain accurate records.
