Journeyman ElectricianPosition Overview We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in residential, commercial, andindustrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical code compliance and safety standards to ensure all work is performed according to regulations.Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure all electrical work is compliant with local and national electrical codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems and equipment.
• Test electrical systems and components using appropriate testing equipment.
• Collaborate with other trades and professionals to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Utilize knowledge of AC/DC systems and control systems to support various electrical applications.
• Perform conduit bending for wiring installations and modifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of electrical code compliance and safety standards.
• Experience in troubleshooting, wiring, and installation of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and power distribution systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of circuitry and electrical components.
• Experience with PLCs and control systems is a plus.
