Job Type: Full Time Shift(s) Available: 2nd Compensation: $34.01/hr for the first 90 days, then $37.01/hr thereafter.

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive electrical maintenance in the facility.
• Document all completed tasks and conditions using maintenance software.
• Install, maintain, test, and repair various electrical systems, including low voltage automation and high voltage circuits.
• Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and blueprints effectively.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Capability to work near explosives safely.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written communication).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable working in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Adaptable to various indoor and outdoor conditions requiring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Minimum of one year of experience with electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Willingness to work underground in a mining environment.
• Current ATF certification or the ability to obtain upon hire.
• Availability to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with prior notice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Certification as a Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to pursue it.
• Technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in Predictive and/or Precision Maintenance.
• Experience with high voltage systems.
• High school diploma/GED or two years of equivalent work experience.
