Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Executive Business Support professional, for the Office of Inclusion, located in New Brunswick, NJ.
Per our J &J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Executive Business Support professional. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive executive administrative support to the Chief Inclusion Officer and their organization, including assisting with the coordination of various initiatives within the department. We are looking for someone who is passionate, energetic, agile and exhibits a high degree of professionalism while demonstrating a clear communication style. The selected candidate will anticipate the needs of the team they support, help them stay focused, resolve issues before they arise, and go the extra mile as needed. Role requires solid organization skills, the ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment, build and maintain relationships at all levels, handle various duties with appropriate prioritization and an ability to problem solve and learn new skills effectively.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$77,000 - $124,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
