Job Description

We seek an Associate Director for Global Sourcing Activations to develop and execute global scientific sourcing campaigns, attract strategic partners, and source breakthrough innovations aligned with J&J IM strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global scientific sourcing campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of innovation efforts with broader communication initiatives.
• Support event planning and execution, oversee materials creation, and report outcomes.
• Manage personal development and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; PhD in Biological Science preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in brand/product marketing and events.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and developing program content.
• Strong analytical, writing, digital marketing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and demonstrate inclusive leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $120,000 - $207,000 USD. Includes performance bonuses, health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Additional Information
