• Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes.
• Perform basic tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling pipes.
• Support with troubleshooting plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and company vehicles.
• Follow all company and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Attend training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in plumbing or related field is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior plumbers.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
