This role is your launchpad into a career in HR. You'll get hands-on experience in nearly every area of the employee life cyclefrom onboarding new hires to managing compliance documents and supporting benefits programs. You'll be the go-to problem solver for our internal team, helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Be the first line of support in our P&T inbox, routing questions and finding answers fast

Maintain clean, accurate employee records (you're the master of the details)

Help with onboarding paperwork and benefits enrollments to ensure a great new hire experience

Keep us compliant by managing required documentation and responding to verifications

Track and report key data that helps leadership make informed people decisions

Support fun and meaningful P&T projects that make our team stronger

Qualifications

A passion for organization, people, and process

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

02 years of experience in a support/admin roleHR experience is a plus but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating digital systems

Discretion, professionalism, and a positive, team-first attitude

Bonus Points For:

Experience handling employee data or participating in audits

Knowledge of benefits, compliance, or onboarding best practices

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the Westminster, CO office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

The expected base pay range for this position in the Denver, CO area is $45,000- $55,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
