Job File Coordinator - Servpro : Job Details

SERVPRO of Lancaster East/Southern Lancaster County/Central Lancaster is hiring for a Job File Coordinator! This position is full-time, in-person and located in Lititz, PA. Training for this position will be in Nottingham, PA - must be able to travel to this location for 1-2 weeks.

• Answer incoming phone calls, capture new loss information, route calls as needed all with an upbeat, positive and sympathetic approach.
• Complete internal job file quality reviews.
• Oversee customer database.
• Prepare estimates and billing invoices
• Perform collection activities such as claim packet or estimate/invoice submittal, as well as calls to adjusters and customers for payment.
• Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence.
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry.
• Assist other departments, as needed

• 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
• Experience with billing, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
• Experience in service industry environment a plus
• Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Quickbooks)
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software
• Minimum of HSD/GED
• Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

• 40 hours/week with chance of overtime when needed.
• 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies: This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
