SummaryPerform all job file coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.

A minimum two years of business experience
Working knowledge of current business software technologies
Superb customer service, administrative and verbal and written communication skills
Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
Experience in writing estimates and the job file process
Formal Education/TrainingHigh school diploma/GED
Associates/bachelor's degree preferred
Physical and Work Environment RequirementsThis is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel RequirementsThis is a full-time position working 7:00 a.m.4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed dependent upon the business needs.
