Job Description:In this role, you will manage and direct the program for cleaning drainage structures, pipes, and outfall systems throughout the city primarily using jet vactor truck equipment. Examples of Duties:
- Develops work methodologies and route scheduling for jet vac truck operations.
- Manages jet vac truck dewatering pad facility.
- Provides skills training to jet vac truck employees for maintenance and hydroexcavation.
- Develops and manages regular maintenance programs with employees and coordinates repair needs with the Fleet Division.
- Reviews jet vac truck work projects and supports employees.
- May respond to emergency situations after-hours as needed.
- Performs any other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate's (AA/AS) and six years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current South Carolina Commercial Driver's License - Class B
