Primary Responsibilities:

-Writesandmaintainssource code

-Creates,maintainssoftwareapplicationsand appliesframeworks involved in a software release

-Duties include computer programming, documenting, managing configuration, testing, bugfixing

-ExpertiseinJava,JavaScriptprogramming languagesisrequired

-Develops,modifiescomputer applications software or specialized utility programs

-Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions

-Develops products, solutions, processes using basic principles, theories,concepts

-Appliescomputer scienceprinciples,engineeringtechniques, mathematical analysis

-Applies concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments

-Performs work that requires practical experience and training

-Work is performed under supervision

Basic Qualifications:

-Typically requires BS degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience

-Bachelor's Degree inSoftware Engineering,Computer Science, Information SystemsManagement, otherrelateddiscipline

-Additionalyears of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

-Ability to work well within a small team environment

-Strong communicationskills

-US Citizenship

-DOD Secret Clearance isrequired.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with software product development

-Agile Experience

-Software development tools:Eclipse, IntelliJ,Jira, Confluence

-Languages/frameworks:Java, JavaScript, Python, React

-Source control tools: Git
