We are looking for:

Technical Lead

Location: Chicago, IL / Houston TX

Duration: Long Term

Responsible for designing and leading a TCP based middleware solution for a high throughput transaction processing switch

- Design, develop and maintain a high throughput TCP based middleware

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

- Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

- Work closely with cross functional teams including PO, QA etc.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical lead with a focus on payment software

- Technical skills: Java (JDK24), TCP IP stack, Netty, Linux, IntelliJ, GIT, Gradle, Caching development techniques, HP NSK a plus

- Work closely with cross functional teams including PO, QA etc. and other key stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

- Minimum 7 years of experience in development with a focus on payment software

- Technical skills: Java (JDK24), TCP IP stack, Netty, Linux, IntelliJ, GIT, Gradle, Caching development techniques, HP NSK a plus
