Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Java Full Stack Lead Consultant with proven requirement gathering skills and experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on technical workshops. This position involves contributing to various phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting, problem definition, solution proposal and creation, development, configuration, deployment, and guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. The role also includes proposal development, client training, internal capability building, and detailed project scoping. This is an opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that help clients meet changing global needs.

Required Skills:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of NYC, NY or willing to relocate. Requires 4 days/week in person at the client's NY office.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education will be considered.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT experience.
• Good understanding of the Financial Services domain.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading and managing end-to-end technical deliverables for 4-5 cross-functional POD teams.
• Proficiency in Fullstack engineering: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, Microservices, testing frameworks (Jasmine/Karma), CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL, Azure cloud.
• Ability to provide technical oversight across multiple POD teams, ensuring consistency and leveraging senior expertise.
• Strong communication skills to articulate solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working closely with client stakeholders including engineering leads, product teams, and solution architects.
• Strategic thinking in designing scalable, maintainable, secure software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Knowledge of finance domains such as trading, investing, clearing, reporting, servicing, and wealth data.
• Ability to review and integrate application requirements across functional, security, performance, quality, and operational aspects.
• Experience with technical standards, policies, and working in a global delivery environment.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development platforms and end-to-end integration.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.

The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face, and may require travel.
