Our client, one of the leading ICT for development (ICT4D) organizations, provides low-cost ICT solutions to address poverty and social disadvantages, working closely with local communities. They seek an accomplished IT Security Leader.

Title: JAVA Full Stack

Location: Bentonville, AR

Duration: 6 Months C2H

• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers).
• Demonstrates active pursuit of optimizing CI/CD processes and tools, testing frameworks, and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins/Bamboo, Mocha/Karma, etc.).
• Ideally familiar with Design Thinking, Behavior and Test-Driven Development.
• Familiarity with test-and-learn approaches using web and customer analytics data, understanding how these drive hypothesis-based development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of solution ownership.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
