Janitorial Supervisor - Citizen Advocates : Job Details

The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for training and supervising employees assigned to the work area. Duties include ensuring quality and quantity of production and safety of workers. Must maintain a clean and safe work area and manage inventory of supplies at all job sites. Accurate documentation of all paperwork, including hours worked and type of work done, pay sheets, attendance and incident reports required. Ensure current goal sheets and emergency medical cards are in work area or appropriate vehicle. Attend annual and semi-annual meetings for clients assigned to area. Complete time studies on a timely basis; assist in development of new time studies as jobs are added or changed.

High School Diploma or GED required. Cleaning and supervisory experience preferred.
