This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers, their students, and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned:

• Removing debris and maintaining common space areas
• Performing all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, restroom cleaning
• Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment
• Cleaning all common space areas including kitchens, cafeterias, lobbies, and break rooms
• Monitoring, cleaning, servicing, and restocking bathrooms

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
• Attention to detail
• 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required
• On-the-job training provided for those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Flexibility and ability to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked environment are required
• Dependability, being in uniform, and punctuality are essential

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
