Currently we are seeking motivated, experienced custodial workers for evening shifts. We are a multi-company service provider, with more than 4000+ employees in the metropolitan area.

**Job Skills / Requirements**

We are looking for a motivated, flexible and professional candidate to work as an Alliance Temporary Janitorial employee. This is a 10-week temporary position. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in order to guarantee a spotless facility. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

* Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas;

* Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning;

* Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities;

* Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

* Office cleaning

* Stairways, Hallways, and windows.

Requirements:

* Experience in commercial building custodial maintenance and cleaning; is a plus

* Must be available to work any shift as assigned;

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;

* Professional appearance and communication;

* You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods, in all types of weather;

* Ability to lift 25 lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry;

* Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.
