Youll support the building from the ground upinside and outby keeping common areas clean, assisting with move-ins, and helping maintain our high standards. What Youll Do: Grounds & Common Areas Sweep sidewalks, terraces, lobbies, and hallways Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building Respond quickly to spills, weather-related messes, or other safety hazards Cleaning & Detailing Clean and polish floors, glass, mirrors, brass, and woodwork Deep clean as needed (carpet cleaning, grout scrubbing, waxing floors) Maintain the laundry room, fitness center, and management offices Report any damage or safety issues to the Resident Manager Building Maintenanc...Janitor, Porter, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Support
