Janitor - Murray Resources : Job Details

Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming, gather and empty trash, service, clean, and supply restrooms, dust furniture, fixtures, walls, machines and equipment, clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors Disinfect all common areas, door fixtures and restroom fixtures Order supplies and equipment as needed stock and maintain cleaning storage closets in a neat and orderly fashion Follow safety procedures observing all company safety policies, and checking electrical appliance for potential hazards Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment according to specifications, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings Additional responsibilities as assigned Grounds keeping Requirements: 1-2 yrs experience as a c...Janitor, Property Management, Staffing
