Janitor/Groundskeeper - GSA Federal Center - Goodwill : Job Details

Janitorial duties to include dusting (including ceiling fans and air conditioning vents), cleaning/polishing glass and metal surfaces, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, carpet shampooing, restrooms, and pick up and disposal of trash/litter on the grounds. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, and able to move between buildings at a government facility. Special Requirements: Must have good communication skills, and be able to read and write; experience with safe use of chemicals; able to work buffer, and lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 7-8 hours. Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements. Ability to pass a federal background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
