In this role, you will protect behind the walls as you serve the community beyond the walls. We are looking for a few good men and women to motivate and inspire inmates on their rehabilitation journey. ABOUT THIS ROLE:In general, you will ensure compliance with rules and regulations governing inmate conduct in a secure environment. You will be expected to respond to emergencies and use interpersonal communications in the correctional setting as necessary to maintain or regain control of a situation.
