Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the Management TeamDirecting work of Management Team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant ManagersManaging performance of the Management Team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplineReviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employeesManaging weekly and monthly P&LPlanning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly and yearly inventories, and budgetsProviding ultimate oversight and control over all food and labor costsSales and labor planningVerifying daily Taste & TempVerifying audit, sanitation feedback scores, and training standards are being maintainedPlanning annual party and fun outings for the staffMaintaining cleanliness of the restaurant at all timesMaintaining safety of our employees and guests at all timesOverseeing all Local Store Marketing activitiesOverseeing development of key employees and Managers including training in employment policies and practicesMaintaining culture and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for staff and ManagersUnderstanding and practicing safe food handling proceduresPartnering with all store vendors and support center contactsAttending weekly and quarterly regional meetingsAt Jaggers we have a fun culture with flexible work schedules, discounts in our restaurants, friendly competitions, recognition, formal training, and career growth opportunities.We offer a comprehensive total rewards package after 30 days of employment to Restaurant Managers that meet our benefit eligibility requirements.
