This is a long-term contract with a major financial client.Location: Hybrid - Newark, NJ.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of application development experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing on Genesys Cloud CX.
- Functional and hands-on experience in Voice and Non-Voice applications (SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot) solutioning using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
- Thorough understanding of Genesys Framework and integration with internal and external components.
- Experience delivering Self Service and Analytics solutions with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menus based on customer strategies.
- Genesys Cloud CX certification in one or more solution areas (Inbound, Outbound, Multi-channel, etc.).
