New Role – IVR Chatbot Developer (Genesys Focus)

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Relocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop self-service IVR chatbot solutions using Genesys Cloud CX
• Build and enhance voice and non-voice applications (e.g., SMS, Email, Chat, Voice Bot)
• Work with APIs to integrate with back-end systems for dynamic customer interactions
• Deliver Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing using Genesys Architect and Bot Flows
• Implement speech-enabled self-service menus and support treatment-based routing
• Collaborate across teams to build intuitive, analytics-driven voice experiences

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud CX IVR and bot development
• Experience with both voice and non-voice channel development
• Strong understanding of self-service design, dynamic menus, and API integrations
• Solid grasp of Genesys Cloud CX architecture and integration capabilities
• Experience delivering Omni-channel routing and orchestration solutions

Nice to Have:

• Genesys Cloud CX certification in any area (Inbound, Outbound, Chat, Integration, etc.)
• Experience with self-service analytics and speech interface optimization
