IV Pharmacy Supervisor - Full-Time - Overlook Medical Center - Atlantic Health System : Job Details

Demonstrate knowledge of standards and regulations and maintains proper documentation. Assure readiness with all regulatory agencies and compliance with department, hospital, and AHS policies and procedures. Assist in the documentation, implementation, and monitoring of medication and patient safety initiatives. Maintain safe and efficient operations and workflow in the pharmacy and related areas. Support the departmental goals by directly assisting team members and being flexible in roles and responsibilities. Communicate effectively and appropriately with healthcare providers and caregivers and assures continuity of pharmaceutical care between shifts and among team members. Perform orientation of employees in all job functions and cross-trains when necessary Provide continues training and cross training to employees on new job functions, equipment, and technology.
