ITSM Enterprise Manager - Plano, TX
We are seeking an experienced ITSM Enterprise Manager to lead and optimize our organization's IT Service Management practices. This role will drive efficiency, ensure service reliability, and align IT operations with business objectives. You'll oversee key ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Release, and Problem Management, and leverage tools like ServiceNow to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enterprise ITSM strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Oversee and optimize core ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Release, and Problem Management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize and optimize ServiceNow to support and enhance ITSM processes, ensuring data integrity and effective reporting.
- Drive efficiency through Lean-Process initiatives, focusing on automation and continuous improvement of lower environment management.
- Lead and mentor ITSM teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
- 8+ years of progressive ITSM experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior ITSM management role.
- Deep understanding of ITIL best practices and experience implementing them.
- Experience managing core ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem).
- Proficient experience utilizing ServiceNow for ITSM.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
