We are currently seeking an ITP Specialist to join our team of highly qualified professionals that share our vision of Empowering Children to Conquer their World! This role is responsible for creating and monitoring ITP plans for children attending the developmental preschool What we offer:

What you will do:
  • Conduct Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) meetings with families before children are enrolled in developmental preschool.
  • Complete the ITPs for children enrolling in the developmental preschool.
  • Monitor each ITP for progress/goal completion.
  • Update ITPs for each child based on goal completion.
  • Create the monthly classroom calendar for all preschool classrooms.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
  • Must be able to work with children birth to age 21 and families who are at risk.
  • Knowledge of Benchmark Assessment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.
  • Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding dress code.
  • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Education/ Certification:
  • Bachelor's Degree, plus one of the following:
    • Current Arkansas state certification in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education;
    • A current Child Development Associate Certificate;
    • A current Birth to Pre-K credential; or,
    • Documented experience working with children with special needs and twelve (12) hours of completed college courses in any of the following areas:
      • Early Childhood; Child Development; Special Education/Elementary Education; or Child and Family Studies.
  • Two years of successful experience in a classroom setting working with developmentally at-risk children or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing. The employee is regularly required to move including walking, running, jumping, and sitting. The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, lift, reach, and feel. The employee is frequently required to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
