We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team. You'll be the go-to person for IT support, ensuring seamless technology operations across our organization. - Provide first-line support through the IT helpdesk, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deploy, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android).
- Install and maintain printers, phones, TVs, security cameras, and network systems.
- Support and expand wireless networks, liaising with ISPs for connectivity services.
- Manage user accounts (Active Directory), device management (MaaS360), and IT asset inventory.
- Document procedures with clear How-To guides and maintain accurate system records.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies (antivirus, patching, backups).
- Participate in IT projects such as migrations, rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Travel to offsite locations as needed (mileage reimbursement provided).

- Associate degree in IT or related field, or certifications such as A+, Network+, Google IT Support, or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
- 2-3 years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, or MDM is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT procurement and vendor management is an advantage.
