Location: Plymouth, MN (Onsite) Position Summary: The Onsite IT Technician is responsible for providing hands-on IT support to the Plymouth, MN location and ensuring the smooth operation of local IT infrastructure. The technician will handle daily helpdesk tasks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting network operations. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work onsite to assist employees in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities: Technical Support
- Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and networking issues at the Plymouth, MN office.
- Provide overflow helpdesk support to employees over phone, email or remote access.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets, ensuring prompt service delivery.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning and deprovisioning of equipment.
- Lead onsite support and training of Microsoft Teams Room systems and other AV equipment.
Network & System Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with IT/IS teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
Communication
- Provide exceptional support and training, maintaining a user-first approach.
- Communicate effectively with employees to explain technical issues and solutions.
- Act as the onsite point of contact for IT-related needs.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:Required:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, MacOS, iOS and Android OS
- Experience troubleshooting and training users with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive and Active Directory.
- Willingness to learn industry/department specific applications to assist in troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PC hardware, Mac Hardware, AV systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 requirements and compliance.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+.
- Previous experience with Connectwise, Continuum, Screenconnect and FreshWorks a plus.

Salary Range: $75,000-95,000. Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
