Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to oversee our application portfolio, data integration processes, and business intelligence (BI) reporting capabilities. In this role, you will lead a team of IT professionals, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and implement solutions that streamline operations and deliver actionable insights. This position plays a vital role in ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

  • Manage the organization's application portfolio to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Oversee data integration processes, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
  • Design and maintain BI reporting solutions, including dashboards and visualizations to deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for applications, data integration, and BI reporting.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance monitoring.
  • Support the CIO and IT Steering Committee with strategic software and data initiatives.
  • Develop policies and procedures for IT project management and ensure adherence.

IT Systems Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field required or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of systems experience, preferably focused on applications, data systems and managing projects
  • Proven experience managing IT applications, data integration, and BI reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and BI reporting tools.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in data and analytics.
  • Superior time management and organizational capabilities, including the ability to accurately benchmark project length, deliver on deadlines
