The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining Gravity's IT systems, building and validating reports for the IT team, managing integrations, and staying updated on system needs for customization and integration. The ideal candidate has strong financial knowledge and analytical skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the IT Manager and offers interaction with technical and financial teams across Gravity.

• Upholds ethics, honesty, values, and integrity, demonstrating professionalism.
• Solves a variety of technical challenges.
• Supports recurring forecasting and IT business processes, including automating data retrieval with reports and dashboards.
• Analyzes requirements and develops functional and solution design documents, supporting month-end close and quarterly forecasts.
• Develops and administers reports.
• Interfaces with external software vendors for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Acts as a liaison for IT with other systems teams.
• Utilizes knowledge of existing business applications, integrations, and data structures.
• Recommends technologies to support and improve business processes.
• Designs and implements efficient financial systems, gathering data to support business cases and system requirements.
• Assesses user requirements for new or enhanced functionalities, performs gap analysis, and implements customizations or workarounds.
• Generates reports with findings, causes, and solutions for system issues.
• Develops training materials and trains end-users.
• Uses communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to maximize IT investments.
• Analyzes business process flows related to accounting to enhance system use and efficiency.
• Assists end-users with application issues and provides second-level helpdesk support.
• Completes safety and equipment training monthly.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
