The Systems Administrator will work across a broad range of technologies, including support for servers, host systems, voice, data, automation, security, storage networks, cloud systems, and domain management. Responsibilities include delivering robust, reliable, and scalable solutions, maintaining IT systems and business operations, and participating in strategy and project planning. The role requires embodying Kalmbach's core values.Responsibilities include:Implementing scalable infrastructure, security, and end-user systems in collaboration with IT staffManaging lifecycle replacements for systems and supporting new site implementationsMaintaining uptime of critical systems and executing security initiativesParticipating in planning for future systems and technology evaluationsDocumenting standards and supporting team trainingProviding escalation support and after-hours support as neededSkills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in IT or Engineering preferred; relevant experience consideredExperience with Windows Server, Azure, VMware, SQL, Active DirectoryMinimum 2 years supporting large IT environmentsUnderstanding of cybersecurity best practices and networking fundamentalsStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a high-pressure environment and support a 24/7 operationAbout The CompanyKalmbach Feeds offers high-quality nutritional products for livestock, poultry, and pets.
