HL-GA Battery Company LLC is seeking talented professionals with experience in IT System Delivery and Maintenance for manufacturing plants, including systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), MCS (Material Control System), RMS (Recipe Management System), EMS (Equipment Management System), FDC (Fault Detection and Classification), QMS (Quality Management System), and others. The role involves managing and enhancing the companys IT systems to improve plant operational efficiency.

• Planning IT Budget
• Defining clear requirements for IT projects
• Managing contracts and payments
• Coordinating activities for IT projects to meet goals within deadlines and budgets
• Learning and applying new technologies
• Applying company-wide IT policies and standards at the business site

• Leading investigation activities for system issues and facilitating resolution processes
• Managing application change requests to align with business needs
• Maintaining IT system deployment and continuous improvement
• Possessing programming and project management skills
• Ensuring SLAs are met according to IT standards and agreements

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• At least 3 years in Information Technology
• Experience managing end-to-end IT service delivery
• Experience with MES, MCS, RTS (Real Time Scheduling) in manufacturing

• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to support production and coordinate with HQ in South Korea
