IT System Analyst Job Summary: Polyplex is looking for a motivated IT Technician to join our growing team! Perks:

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or better in Computer Science/ Information Technology or a related field

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth functioning of computer hardware, Network administration and local ERP, including installation and maintenance of software.
• Installation and maintenance of IT hardware and IT equipment
• Data backup of User PC and Servers
• End user IT support for User PC and Servers
• Local administration of Servers.
• Appropriate implementation and maintenance of LAN line connections
• Primary technical interface for VOIP phone coordination, set up and issue resolution
• Primary technical interface for cell phone coordination, set up and issue resolution
• Maintain IT asset inventory and registrations
• Work with Procurement team to purchase necessary assets and establish appropriate IT related contracts
