Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board IT Support Technician - Recreation & Programming Facilities. Support and maintain the organization's computer systems, desktops, software, and peripherals related to the MPRB creative technology initiatives in Recreation as well as supporting the recreation facilities and Spark'd Studios citywide. Participate in the IT Resource Center Helpdesk responsibilities to provide tier one support and maintenance to the organizations computer systems, desktops, laptops, software, mobile devices, and peripherals. This is a second-shift position with normal hours of 12:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. and may include weekends. Need to Have: - Associates degree - 1 year experience providing end user support in a Microsoft Windows desktop and networking environment - An equivalent combination of related experience, education, and training may be considered - Driver's license.
