Provide technical assistance in response to held desk tickets: analyze and troubleshoot problems, supply solutions in accordance with policies and procedures of CTWS. Requirements Requires a valid Oregon driver's license and must pass a background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Minimum of an associates degree in computer science, IT or related field; and Comptia A+ or related certification. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
