IT Support Tech - Onvo Travel Plaza : Job Details

I.T. Support Tech Liberty Petroleum Distributors has an opening for an I.T. Support Tech. The person selected will help support our users and our network. Duties will include technical and operational IT troubleshooting and resolving company issues, maintenance of hardware and software, and installing new software and hardware, basic programming, and assist I.T. administrators with various duties. Qualities necessary to succeed: Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, ability to multi task, strong organizational skills and the willingness to learn are essential. Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Performing routine software updates
• Understanding of networking
• Installing new hardware/software
• Answering technical queries
• Troubleshooting any possible tech problems
• Ability to learn basic programming
• Understanding of Microsoft Office 365
• Experience with Microsoft Windows 7/10/Server
• Experience in Cisco Meraki Routers/Infrastructure
• Ability to run cabling and mount hardware

JOB REQUIREMENTS Associates degree or Bachelors preferred in related field. 6 months to 1 year experience. Good customer satisfaction skills required, in addition to good communication skills.
