Client: Real Estate Role: IT Support Specialist (Tier 1-2 Support) Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000 Location: Manhattan, NYC
Fully onsite for 6 months+ then will transition to hybrid. Permanent position. Tier 1-2 level Support. Will train on additional systems the candidate will be troubleshooting.
Open to a candidate with a degree and 6+ months of experience or a candidate without a degree but possess relevant work experience.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, installing and maintaining systems, and ensuring optimal IT functionality across the organization.
