IT Support Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 06:00am)

• Responsible for providing reliable, prompt, and accurate solutions and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues; resolve common problems and escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
• Responsible for performing routine maintenance, setup, and configuration of IT equipment such as computers, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
• Accurately record support incidents, resolutions, equipment maintenance activities, and system changes in technical logs and ticketing systems.
• Responsible for maintaining end users' productivity and system reliability across the organization.

IT Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Provide timely and accurate troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Resolve common technical problems; escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance, setup, and configuration of IT equipment (computers, printers, peripherals).
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of all supported systems and devices.
• Log support incidents, resolutions, system changes, and maintenance activities in ticketing systems.
• Maintain end-user productivity by ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and services.
