IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Respond and resolve end user ticket requests
- Troubleshooting, install, diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain IT software and hardware
- Answering Help Desk calls and emails, following up with users
- Edit How-To documentation
- Managing physical hardware inventory - labeling, moving, tracking computers
To succeed as the IT Support Specialist, you should have:
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environment, SharePoint experience a plus
- Familiarity using MS Office Suite
- Great customer service, written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
