Job Type Full-timeDescriptionWe are seeking a personable, self-driven IT Support Specialist to provide technical support to our creative team of designers across three offices. You will have a range of responsibilities from hardware and software support to the deployment of new workstations and software. As a member of our dynamic and collaborative IT team, this role takes the lead in hands-on technical troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues efficiently. This position is in-person and based in the Seattle office, during standard business hours M-F, 8:30am - 5:30pm and is required to be onsite.   • Provides in-person, email and phone support to staff by evaluating and resolving technical issues.
  • Provides excellent customer service to end users, including responding quickly, effectively troubleshooting, communicating clearly and proactively identifying related issues.
  • Assists with configuring, imaging and deploying new equipment for staff.
  • Troubleshoots conference room equipment and systems; coordinates repair and maintenance of equipment.
  • Participates in projects and initiatives that help improve quality, security, efficiency, staff experience and cost effectiveness of firm technology.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Positive, patient and service-oriented attitude.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively manage and prioritize urgent support tasks.
  • Prior experience in an IT Support role or Helpdesk environment.
  • Well-developed hardware and software troubleshooting skills (Microsoft Windows, Office 365, desktops/laptops).
  • Experience administering user accounts in corporate applications.
  • General knowledge of virtual/physical servers and networking (Windows Server, VMware, Cloud Services).
  • Ability to resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lift / carry up to 30lbs.
