**WHAT YOULL DO:**

Because of our incredible growth, we are looking to add a full-time **IT Support Specialist.** for our clients. You will be involved in the installation, configuration, repair, and maintenance of the client's infrastructure, as well as interacting with vendor support on a regular basis to identify and resolve issues.

* Complete assigned tickets and follow up with clients until resolved for the following:

+ Passwords and MFA tokens

+ Peripheral device support including network printers, scanners, monitors & UPS devices

+ Applications including Office, QuickBooks, EMR, etc.

+ Hardware including Switches, Access Points, and sometimes Phones (Depending on site assignment)

* Maintenance & Administration:

+ Complete move/add/changes of client workstations including adding printers, applications, roles, and more

+ Onboard and offboard client employees

+ Train and guide clients in proper software and hardware usage

* Train and guide clients in software and hardware usage

* Onboard and offboard client employees

* Complete move/add/changes of client workstations, including adding printers, configuring software

* Proactive Support:

+ Document changes to client environments, in accordance with change management policies

* Complete tasks as designated by site administrator

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

* Technical understanding in the following:

+ Windows Desktop (Versions 7/10)

+ DNS functionality (desktop)

+ Active Directory Moves/Adds/Changes

* Hypervisor technologies (ask Mike if this is required.
