  • Configure and maintain mobile scanners and label printers (Zebra).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware malfunctions, connectivity issues, and print quality problems.
  • Maintain a spare inventory and manage hardware replacements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related Oracle, MES, and Scanner/Label Printer issues in the production area.
  • Work with vendors (Zebra) for warranty claims.
  • Log, track, and escalate Oracle/MES issues
  • Identify recurring hardware failures and suggest improvements.
  • Work with process engineers and IT teams to implement efficiency improvements.
  • Support IT audits related to hardware assets and configurations.
  • Maintain documentation for hardware configurations, IP mappings, and SOPs.
  • Support new system rollouts or upgrades related to scanning & printing technologies.
