Job Description :

Robert Half's client in Alliance, NE is seeking an ONSITE IT Support Lead. The IT Support Lead will play a critical role in providing technical support to all levels of the organization, ensuring optimal operations and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, manage, and lead our IT support team.
  • Implement and configure hardware and software solutions following industry best practices.
  • Should act as the first point of escalation for IT related issues and work on resolving them timely and efficiently.
  • Train, mentor, and grow the IT support staff and foster a high-performance work environment.
  • Monitor system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization.
  • Support diverse technology projects and initiatives with potential scalability.
  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain and test disaster recovery plans to protect business continuity.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including security protocols to ensure data privacy and protect sensitive company information.
  • Periodically report to management about the efficiency of IT systems and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • At least five years of experience in an IT Support/Help Desk role, with at least two years of experience in a leadership or management position.
  • Proven experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
  • Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Manufacturing industry-specific IT experience is preferred.
