The Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) organization is expanding globally to enhance responsiveness to our customers. OpsTech Solutions manages all IT infrastructure and end-user equipment across Amazon fulfillment centers worldwide. We provide comprehensive solutions including lifecycle management, change control, demand planning, material management, RMA, and liquidation. Our efforts support the physical fulfillment of customer orders, managing new site launches globally that enable shipping to millions of Amazon customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement automation solutions to optimize operations and boost productivity. Write clean, well-documented code in languages such as C#, Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. Understand software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. Possess basic skills in backend and frontend development, including server-side languages and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks). Learn AWS services and cloud architecture principles. Apply project management best practices. Develop and maintain project documentation and templates. Suggest and implement process improvements. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant experience in software development, automation, and project management.
