IT Support Desk Intern - Grow Financial Federal Credit Union : Job Details

Under close supervision, the IT Support Intern will assist the IT Support team in providing technical support to Grow Financial Federal Credit Union employees. The intern will gain hands-on experience with desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and various internal systems. Typical help desk responsibilities will include answering support phone calls, responding to support tickets, assisting with hardware, and software troubleshooting, setting up user accounts and supporting remote access and connectivity issues. The intern will also contribute to the ServiceNow implementation project, supporting configuration, testing, and documentation efforts. Internship to start Fall 2025, with competitive pay starting at $20/hr. We do not interview or hire students in F-1 or J-1status and will not sponsor them for work visas.
